Welcome to Silently Bleeding

Ministry is a high calling.

This calling carries great blessing and fulfillment, but it can also be lonely and challenging. Who do you go to when you’re the pastor’s wife and someone in the church wounded you deeply? Where do you find solace when you are a female pastor and you are struggling to hold your head above water?

We all know the Sunday School answer – we go to Jesus. But sometimes this doesn’t feel like it’s enough, and that’s okay.

God created us with a need for relationship with others. He designed us to “bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” (Galatians 6:2 ESV)

He created us with this need, but so many times we suffer in silence. We are silently bleeding. This is not what God had in mind.

So welcome to Silently Bleeding, where we offer hope for the hurting and tackle hard topics with authenticity and respect.

Would you like to sit with us? We have plenty of room.
